Normal To Get Water Inside Car Door?
Normal To Get Water Inside Car Door?
I asked this question below but let me ask it a different way. Is it normal for water to run through a car door? I could swear I hear it dripping through my door in heavy rain. I am afraid to get something wet in there. If there is water running through my door, it must be be going out the bottom because I don't hear it swooshing around in the door.

Water is channeled into the door interior via a drain located at the bottom rear of the door glass. This water then exits out of the bottom rear of the door.

Well it didn't rain like it was supposed to but I bet you are hearing the water drip thru the drains at the bottom of the windshield on either side. If you raise the hood there are drains in the upper part of the firewall on the drivers and passengers sides in the area where the hood hinges are. Perhaps that is where the noise is coming from?
